How we place your VA. In 5 days.

01
DAY 0

Discovery call

45 minutes. We map your portfolio, your stack, and the highest-leverage role to fill first.

02
DAY 1–2

We pick your VA

We filter STR-trained candidates against your portfolio, your stack, and the role. Scorecards, interviews, reference checks. Done internally, before placement.

03
DAY 3–4

We train them on your operation

PMS access loaded, message templates dialed in, SOPs walked through. Your VA learns your business before day 1, then starts ready.

04
DAY 5

Embedded & operating

Your VA joins your inbox, your PMS, your team chat. Ready on day one. Monthly training keeps them sharp after.

[ WHAT YOU GET ] The engagement, in plain English

One full-time trained Airbnb VA, embedded in your team.

[ INCLUDED ]

What comes with the VA

  • One dedicated full-time operator (40 hrs/week, US-aligned schedule by default)
  • STR training on Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, and Turno before day one
  • Onboarding to your stack: your SOPs, your message templates, your cleaner roster (week one)
  • Active-retainer replacement guarantee. While you're on the monthly, we replace the VA at no additional placement fee. Wrong fit, role change, departure: same coverage as long as you're an active client.
  • Monthly upskill training. Recordings sent to you. Your VA stays current on the platforms.
  • A success manager on call for anything outside the day-to-day
  • Discord channel for fast questions instead of ticket queues
[ TERMS ]

How the engagement runs

  • Placement fee, then monthly retainer. One-time placement fee when we match you, then a monthly retainer covering wage plus managed-service margin. No percentage of your booking revenue. The retainer doesn't scale with how much you book.
  • Month-to-month on the retainer. Cancel the retainer whenever it's not working. The placement fee is non-refundable; the monthly is not. We earn the next month every month.
  • We hold the contract. One agreement with us, one monthly invoice, instead of an offshore-contractor relationship you manage yourself. You direct the work; we own the placement and the replacement pipeline.
  • You set the hours. US daytime, US overnight, split shifts across two VAs once you scale. Your call.
  • Pricing on the discovery call. We quote your specific scope after we map the role; no surprises after you sign.
[ NOT INCLUDED ]

What we don't do

  • We place the operator. We don't manage your property. We don't take your listing on a 20% commission. You keep the deed, the booking revenue, the legal entity.
  • We don't do physical work. No cleaners, no maintenance crews, no in-person key handoffs. We place the operator who manages those people.
  • We don't dispute Airbnb Resolution Center claims solo. Your VA prepares the case + the evidence; you stay the named party.
  • We don't sell pricing software, PMSs, or smart locks. We're agnostic on the stack. Pick what fits; we train the VA on it.

[ FAQ ] What operators ask before they sign

Things people ask about hiring an Airbnb VA.

[ 01 ] What does an Airbnb virtual assistant do? +
Day-to-day, it depends on the role you hire for. Most operators start with a guest-comms VA. They work one inbox (Airbnb, VRBO, email, texts), answer the routine questions, escalate the ones that need you, and keep your reply time inside Airbnb's search-ranking window. Past that, the common next hires are pricing (running PriceLabs or Wheelhouse and pushing overrides for events), turnover coordination (dispatching Turno cleaners, owning the 11 AM to 4 PM window between checkout and check-in), bookkeeping, listing optimization, and cold calling for acquisitions. One trained VA covers most of the inbox at 5–20 listings. You add a second when one isn't enough.
[ 02 ] How much does it cost to hire an Airbnb virtual assistant? +
Most of our STR placements run between $1,200 and $1,800 a month all-in (the VA's wage plus our managed-service margin), with a one-time placement fee at the start. One transparent monthly invoice after that. We don't take a percentage of your booking revenue. Compared to the $4,500 to $6,500 a month a US property-management assistant costs once you add benefits and payroll tax, the savings tend to fund the next hire by month three.
[ 03 ] Why are STR virtual assistants based in the Philippines? +
Three reasons most operators we work with end up there. One: native-level English with a neutral accent. Guests don't notice a handoff. Two: cultural fit with US-style hospitality is already there, so we're not teaching service standards from scratch. Three: the time zone makes 24-hour coverage cheap. You can have someone on the inbox while you sleep without paying night-shift premiums. Airbnb punishes slow replies in search rankings; the Philippines time zone is how operators keep the clock green for 16-plus hours a day at one full-time wage.
[ 04 ] Do I need a VA if I already have a PMS and pricing tool? +
Tools don't run themselves. Hostaway, Guesty, and PriceLabs each take 20 to 30 hours a week to use the way they're meant to be used. Pulling reports, pushing overrides, replying to message threads the automation can't close, dispatching the cleaner when a checkout runs late. Most operators we work with bought the software first, ran it themselves for six months, then hired a VA because they realized the software was a multiplier on a thing they didn't have time to do. Software plus a trained VA is how operators get past 10 listings. Software alone caps you at five.
[ 05 ] Is being an Airbnb virtual assistant a real job? +
Yes. For the operators hiring, and for the VAs we place. The VAs we work with are full-time contractors on our roster. They aren't gig workers or part-time freelancers picking up the next listing on a marketplace. We carry the contracting relationship and the payment routing, so the VA has a stable book of work and you have a stable person on the inbox. From the operator side: a trained STR VA running your inbox, calendar, and pricing tool is a real operational role with measurable output. You can see exactly what they did each day in the PMS log. It's not a side hustle on either end of the relationship.
[ 06 ] How fast can I actually have a VA working in my business? +
3 to 5 days from your discovery call to a placed, trained VA in your inbox. Day 0 is the call: we map your portfolio, your stack, and the role. Days 1 to 2, we shortlist STR-trained candidates and send you Loom intros plus scorecards. Days 3 to 4, you interview your shortlist on Zoom and pick. Day 5, they're embedded: already trained on Hostaway or Guesty, your message templates loaded, your SOPs walked through. No retainer until you sign.
