No public feature page can identify the best algorithm for your property
PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, and Beyond all publish automated pricing, booking-window adjustments, stay controls, and market context. Airbnb Smart Pricing also responds to demand, accepts a price range, and allows date overrides. Vendor feature lists do not tell you which one will produce the right rate for your property.
An Airbnb pricing strategy has to define payout floors, stay rules, and approval limits before any tool can automate them. What you can decide before a trial is how the bill grows, whether the tool reaches every channel you use, which rules a teammate can change, and whether a proposed price can be traced back to an input. Those questions eliminate more bad purchases than a generic ranking by portfolio size.
Billing decision
Flat fee or one percent?
One PriceLabs listing: the $19.99 flat fee and a 1% plan are equal at $1,999 in monthly booking revenue.
One Wheelhouse listing: the $19.99 flat fee and Pro Flex are equal at $1,999, subject to Flex's $2.99 monthly minimum.
Ten listings: the published flat totals are $144.90 for PriceLabs and $169.90 for Wheelhouse. At $40,000 in eligible revenue, any 1% plan costs $400.

Percentage plans may define eligible booking revenue differently. Use the vendor's calculator or billing terms before treating this example as an invoice forecast.
Run the same test in every product
- Price the bill. Run your listing count and the last 12 months of eligible booking revenue through every applicable plan.
- Check the route to market. Confirm direct integrations for your property management system (PMS) and every booking channel you expect the tool to update.
- Write the required controls. Name your minimum-price rule, stay restrictions, gap treatment, booking-window adjustments, and approval limits before looking at dashboards.
- Use the same listing and dates. Compare an ordinary week, a strong-demand period, a short calendar gap, and far-out dates without enabling sync.
- Record why prices disagree. Export or capture the ordinary dates and exceptions. Prefer the output whose decisive inputs and overrides your operator can explain.
- Test the handoff. Give a teammate scoped access and confirm that billing, integrations, and owner-level rules remain protected.
If you are down to the two flat-or-percentage products, use the full PriceLabs vs Wheelhouse comparison.
If the chosen review is ready to become recurring work, book a consultation to define the operator's access and the owner's approval limit.
